I like the first two live-action Scooby-Doo films, and I love the TV shows as well. But this movie was just plain horrible! I mean, c'mon, what were they thinking?! I tell you this, they weren't thinking at all! The CGI was rubbish, the acting was horrible, and the plot was so cheesy and campy. It could've done a lot better, but what do you expect from a low-budget TV film? When I first heard about this, I was so excited and I was really looking forward to it. I was going to make sure to watch it when it comes on TV, but when the previews started showing everywhere finally; I just felt it doesn't look like it's worth it anymore. But I was going to keep my word and watch it anyways. And wow, it's just plain ridiculous. And as a person who loves the TV show, I didn't like the new changes they made for it. And I didn't like the fact that it's suppose to replace everything we know about Scooby-Doo (it's not in the same continuation of the series or the movies). OK first, I couldn't connect with the characters at all. They didn't seem like who they are from the show, and it was really hard to connect to any of them since there personality or style or looks changed for the movie. Like Fred's hair not being blonde, or Scooby-Doo barely talking through out the whole movie. And it's a Scooby-Doo movie, right? And he barely gets any development at all. Also there's a lot more that they have changed too, so many to even list right now. But Nick Palatas as Shaggy was ok, and did the voice almost as good, but I think he was too much focused on doing the voice right then acting. And that's never a good thing, trust me. So over all it's just very cheesy, campy, and not enough of what might've been a good story for a Scooby-Doo film. I would've accepted this if it was more along with the theme of Scooby-Doo from the TV shows, but I guess they weren't even trying and just put it out there and see how it would turn out. Probably a lot of people will like this film, but for me, not ever will I like this film or even buy it when it comes out on DVD. I probably will never see it ever again either! It is not even worth your time, believe me. But go ahead and watch it if you want, and leave it up to you if it's even worth the watch.

Scooby-Doo, where are you? Well he's not here.

Ouch, it's that bad?

To me it is. I didn't feel like I was watching a Scooby Doo movie at all. Just a movie that looks and feels like a very low budget fan film.

Well actually a lot of low budget fan films are really good. But those ones had a lot of effort into them for the plot and everything. This one doesn't have much effort on anything, the way I see it.
