This movie was truly spectacular and the visiuals were really great. The plot could've been way better though, but I heard James Cameron had been working on that plot for 12 years. At least he did his best, so give him credit for that. What's really fantastic here is the special effects. The way they used CGI and real life human beings mixed together was done really well. Way much better than how Michael Bay did it for the "Transformers" movies. At least in this movie, they don't forget about the characters and moving the plot forward.

Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana worked really well for this movie. Especially Zoe for bringing Neytiri to life with her wonderful performance. And Sam Worthington is already a great actor from what I seen from "Terminator: Salvation" to this. And Stephen Lang, even though some of his dialogue were bad at times, but he made a really convincing villain in this movie. Heck, I just wanted to punch him in his face for all the things his character did in this movie. James Cameron always does a great job portraying these villains he made really well on script, and picks the right actors to portray them as well. Sigourney Weaver was also a wonderful add in for the cast. She brings that bossy but caring character so very well, and I always like her from the movies I seen her in (Ghostbusters 1 & 2, and Holes). Well done Ms. Weaver.

Now let's talk about the special effects again, and yes, the 3-D as well. Both worked so well in this movie, and I like how it doesn't make it too obvious when it comes to making the parts jump out at you in the 3-D version. And the 3-D version is the only one I saw in theater, and it was so freakin' amazing. The special effects, like I said before, was done really well and having the people actually there performing their CGI characters brings a lot of reality to it. You can tell by the way they look and act. Truly amazing.

I like the whole science fiction aspect to it. Which this plot, like most people had mention before, is like Pocahontas mixed with sci-fi. Which I totally have to agree with. The themes of Pocahontas with this movie are very similar. But that's not a bad thing, but just saying it seems way too similar to that story.

Over all I really like this movie. I heard some people when they were walking out of the theater they said, "I didn't like the whole nature feel to it." Well that's the whole point of it, in my point of view. And that's what I really like about this movie. It's different, it deals a lot with nature, but does it teach us a lesson? Hmm, you could say that. It's either both ways. What this reminds me of is the story where the Indians take down Americans for invading their homeland and taking what is not theirs. Maybe that's not similar to the film's plot, but the movie reminds me of that. Ah, it's kind of fun when you know world history, doesn't it?

Anyways, that is all. I don't know what else to say, other than I really love everything this movie had in it. I give it a 9 out of 10 is because the plot is so similar to the other movie I mentioned about, and some of the dialogue, which weren't that bad. But this movie isn't a perfect film, but it's still awesome and worth seeing. Just go out and watch it now while you still can! Make sure to watch it in 3-D though, it's worth it!
