Although some of you might now agree with me, but I think this movie is way much better then "Superman Returns". Why? Well because it has a better plot, better written characters, amazing action scenes, wonderful animation, and the actors were great! The directors did an awesome job too. Here how it goes.

Lex Luthor uncovers a alien-like creature inprisoned beneath the Earth's ground for years now. This creature was made by Kryptonian technology and was meant to kill anything in it's path. It's been called DOOMSDAY. Doomsday goes out to the city and starts wrecking havoc. Superman comes to save the day, but not knowing that he may have met his match. After their ongoing battle through out the city, Superman sacrifices himself and kills Doomsday. Leaving Superman out of breath and wounded. He dies in Lois' arms.

I rather not spoil anything else. It's a must-see for anyone. But I have to warn you, this movie is not for kids. Too many blood and violence occurs in this film. If you have a problem with that then you shouldn't watch it at all. But it's a really great film, and you will like the performances of the main cast: Adam Baldwin (as Superman), James Marsters (as Lex Luthor), Anne Heche (as Lois Lane), Adam Wylie (as Jimmy Olsen), Cree Summer (as Mercy Graves), Swoosie Kurtz (as Martha Kent), and Ray Wise (as Perry White).

So go out and get this movie! Rent it or buy it, it's really up to you. But do see it!

"Up, up, and away!"
(not really from this movie, but it's a good line to end this review)
