Finally, we have a decent sequel from the Ocean's gang. This is actually my new favorite of the series. It's just fun, and that's what these movies are all about. This time, the gang works to take down Willie Bank (Al Pacino), who screwed Reuben Tishkoff (Elliott Gould) over in a deal to build a new casino in Las Vegas. Now, they will ruin Bank's business by bringing his casino crashing down on top of him. They will take his money, his pride, and his sense of safety right from under his feet, and make a show of it at the same time. We have the same cast as always, minus Julia Roberts (hurray!), so expect to see a lot of Casey Affleck, Scott Caan, Don Cheadle, George Clooney, Matt Damon, Andy Garcia, Elliott Gould, Eddie Jemison, Bernie Mac, Brad Pitt, Shaobo Qin, and Carl Reiner again! There is nothing happening besides the main plot, so the cast has more wiggle room and space to play around with. I really liked how laid back and relaxed the film was, and couldn't have enjoyed it any more. Ocean's movies are always entertaining, but this was the best of all!
