Okay, first of all, Rellik7778, I think I know why you didn't like this movie: because you didn't understand it! The whole plot is about a creepy stranger (Tommy Flanagan) who stalks and kills young women. Not in any point of this movie is the message conveyed that he rapes people. Jill Johnson (Camilla Belle) is a headstrong teenager paying off her cell phone debts by babysitting. She is recommended by a friend to babysit for the Mandrakis family, and receives disturbing phone calls from the stranger during the job. It's unnerving to hear this man's heavy breathing or other hints that he's watching Jill. Throughout the movie, you experience suspense, surprises, and survival. This builds up to the last twenty minutes or so, which are pure thrill. That's the point where Jill must ultimately escape and do everything she can to protect the children she's looking after. Will she succeed in escaping the twisted plots of this stalker, or will she fall victim to another one of his murders (like all the others)? See this movie and find out!
