well well... what can I say about this film. It is generally a funny film that may offend some, but makes rofl. The plot is good, and the characters were well thought out, but what makes me laugh the most is the fact that the reaction is genuine! Sacha Baron Cohen is a fantastic actor and has adapted to this role perfectly. I reccomend it to anyone who isn't easily offended. The DVD is even better with its bonus features; really funny deleted scenes and interviews. Buy this now.

I am love this movie; it very nice! It make me laughing whole time! Also improve speaking English language! Anyways, I would like to officially open by telling you that this is easily one of the funniest movies of the year. Mostly unscripted, and extremely lucky to have such great footage, Sacha Baron Cohen stars as Borat Sagdiyev, a reporter from Kazakhstan who is sent to America to learn about the country and its people. Of course, instead of running into ordinary people, Borat, along with producer / director / whatever else you can think of, Azamat Bagatov (Ken Davitian), finds racist southerners, erotic gay men, "evil" jews, and Pamela Anderson (his self-proclaimed wife that he saw on Baywatch)! For about an hour and half, I couldn't stop laughing as I watched this strange foreigner take advantage of way too many polite people, and turn other people's words against them or their intentions. Throughout the movie, Borat is running from the police (and the jews), after turning more and more poor Americans against him. Expect a high level of potty humor (taking a dump in the park, or in a bag at dinner), as well as some naked wrestling, leading to a chase down the hall and into the hotel lobby, with the fat Azamat. As you can see, this is not for kids... or older adults either, for that matter... which basically makes it a movie for guys in the teens or early adulthood. If you fit in that category, this is the perfect laugh-fest for you!
