I thought that this movie was funny, if not kind of corny. It also seemed that the general mood of this movie didn't seem to match the ones that the other Wallace & Gromit movies had... oh yeah! It's because in all of the old Wallace & Gromit movies, there was never any real dialogue (until the third movie, Wallace & Gromit in A Close Shave (1995), but there still wasn't that much). It used to be just Wallace's talking and Gromit's pantomiming. Now, there are tons of human characters involved too, which means that Wallace has a lot more lines and the townspeople talk back to him! Now, it is clear that Wallace is the protagonist, instead of having him in a team with Gromit; Gromit isn't much of a main character... In this movie, the fairly slow Wallace and his faithful, clever dog, Gromit, run the 'Anti Pesto' company, a humane pest control. When Wallace invents a machine to brainwash the rabbits and stop them from eating the villagers' garden vegetables, he ends up creating a monster. The story is kind of a spoof of Frankenstein, although the whole transformation-at-night thing comes from Dracula and there is a spoof of King Kong at the end. Finally, I thought that there were many subtle jokes throughout the whole movie, luckily only adults will understand them (some of the jokes are kind of dirty). Although this movie is rated G, it should probably be rated PG for some of the jokes.

This movie was pretty good, almost as good as the original Wallace and Gromit movies. Although it moved along slowly at times, it had quite a few utterly hilarious moments. The movie was about Wallace, an Englishman, and his dog, Gromit. They are the best produce-protectors in town, and with the plant festival coming up, they try to be better than ever. However, when Wallace experiments with rabbits, he creates a monster. The rest of the movie is about the two of them trying to find and get rid of the Were-Rabbit, but there is a twist towards the end. Gromit is definitely the funniest character in the movie, and there is a lot of slapstick humor. I say you should definitely see it in theaters and/or buy it.
