This is a mediocore film, and the plot is pretty corny. Although Will Ferrell is the person who makes this go, with his great acting, style, and unbelievably funny comedy. It also works well that he hires Mike Ditka as a coach, who goes well with the movie. I also liked how Mike and Buck have a neighborly feud going. The soccer aspect of the movie is allright, although Bucky has a great move at the end. Overall, it won't be worth buying, but you should probably rent it if you like Will Ferrell.
