From what I remember, this movie had great action, and I loved the way they would carefully plan everything out before they actually sprang their heist. By now, you can find this at a cheap price, so go get it.

Well, this movie remake was at least better than the original 1969 film. The plot was very different too. In this film, a group of high class thieves pull a heist in Venice, Italy and steal $35 million in gold. After escaping, one of the members, Steve (Edward Norton), betrays the others, stealing the gold and actually killing the leader of the group, John Bridger (Donald Sutherland). Now, it's time for revenge. This movie is probably trying more to be 'cool' than good, and it pretty much accomplished what it was trying to achieve. I thought that Mark Wahlberg and Charlize Theron did great jobs playing main roles. This movie is good for all ages, except for some brief, but strong, swearing (WHERE THE **** IS MY TRUCK?!).

This was a good movie. The thief leaders were ingenious with their plots to steal the gold, and I liked how the film went into detail about each of their roles in the Venice heist. The scene with the Mini-Coopers escaping towards the end is also cool. I also thought Seth Green was funny in the movie. This is definitely a good film to watch at home.
