This is my second-favorite film in the great series by Peter Jackson. It has a good balance of dialogue and battles, which makes it more interesting for fans that aren't hard-core. Once again, there is great acting and great special effects. I like the Battle of Helm's Deep because of the mass armies clashing in a huge siege on a massive fortress. The ents are also an interesting addition to the plot.

This was a great movie, and as Tusserte said, another great job of directing by Peter Jackson. The Battle of Helm's Deep was the most breathtaking battle I have seen in almost any film, with the thousands of orcs fighting mere hundreds of elves and men. The special effects used were also amazing. I believe that this was just as good as the Return of the King movie. This film is a must-see for, well, everybody.
