This is the second installment of the great Wallace & Gromit short films. The entire series is great for the whole family, especially for the kids. In this thirty-minute-long, Gromit, the silent, witty dog, receives a pair of mechanical trousers for his birthday. They are supposed to help, but they end up being disastrous. When the cheese-loving, cheerful (but fairly slow), Wallace rents the spare room in the house out to a mysterious (and also silent) penguin (he needs the money), the penguin seems to take all of Wallace's attention away from Gromit. But Wallace's attention isn't the only thing the penguin is after; but you'll need to see this movie if you want to know what happens. The clay animation is very good, but not exactly the greatest any more, considering how old this short is. This movie is worth your money if you want a couple of laughs, but you might not be able to find it any more.
