Child's Play follows the story of a young child who receives a possessed doll that makes friends with him, and eventually betrays him and goes on a killing spree.
This was an overall good movie. The effect were above decent and the storyline wasn't to bad either. It wasn't very scary though, unless your easily scared, the movie was actually quite funny; a possessed doll that talks and says some funny things at times. I'm not demented, I just thought it was more entertaining then it was scary. So I would suggest you go rent this or find it on HBO, it's a good movie, even a good addition to your DVD collection. I give it a 7/10.
