It's not much of a shooter game, as it is much as a adventure game. But the coolest part about it, you get to shoot creatures and monsters or use your fighting skills to defeat them. You can play with friends on a two-player story mode. They can either play as Abe or Liz. The characters are played by the same actors from the movies, and written originally by Del Toro and Mignola. Pretty sweat, huh? I have to admit, I never had fun on a game ever until I played this game. It's a must buy, or rent for any gamers out there. Doesn't matter if you're a fan or not, just play it and you'll have fun! The plot of the game is simple and fun and takes place between years of the 40s to 80s and to present (Hellboy never really age like we do). Single player mode is fun as well. The bosses are straight out from the comics and some originally created for the game. I am telling you, it's worth the play so go try it out. I am saving up my money now just to buy it, and to play it again.
