The Ship looked like such a promising game. You're a passenger on a luxury yacht in what seems to be 1920. The owner has taken you and many others aside and made a hunting game. In this game, you hunt passengers to turn them in. The game has a few modes: single player, multiplayer and arcade. It also comes with a very handy tutorial system which tells you all you need to know. As good as it may sound, the game has many flaws. For instance, you don't get to chose your character in the multiplayer. Instead, one is given to you. The multiplayer &emdash; while decent &emdash; is just really a frenzy that is challenging to beginners and boring for the experts. The main game is also... tedious. There is no regular killing, and you must instead complete a bunch of odd simple tasks. These include sneaking, escort missions, and more; which isn't very fun at all. The thing that gets my goat is even though it's set around the 20's there are blatant errors for the time... Color TV's? Elevators without operators? Newspapers dated 2006? So, in the end... don't bother picking this one up.
