The game is pretty good if you bought it when it came out. Otherwise no one will be online [for the PC] and it will look really outdated. Well, its not all bad. The game is really fun and the plot is good too. If you can find some people [to play online on their PCs] it will be fun, but for now just buy the new one when it comes out on PC; or if you already have an Xbox, buy it for that.

In this game, you get to be the Master Chief, a genetically-enhanced marine. As humans falls under attack by the Covenant, a group of alien races out to destroy mankind, the Chief finds a ring world known as Halo. The game is good, and even better when it first came out, although no one plays anymore online, as Rellik7778 said. Not necessarily a good idea to buy it now, but it is still fun to play campaign mode if you have nothing else to do.

Woah...I mean this is a bit late so you all know by now how good this is, and by the looks of what is written around me [for the Xbox version], you have heard it all; soooo... I will just say the hand gun is way too overpowered but that is awesome!

The Xbox version is much better. This game is pretty fun, but if you're using the keyboard for the computer, you feel kinda stupid. Buy a controller for the game (if you are actually going to buy the game). The game itself is fun, but gets repetitive.
